If you’re like most fellow Ghanaians we know, the macroeconomic progress our nation has chalked over the years has not trickled down into your life and into your pocket yet. You probably worry everyday about where your next meal is going to come from, or what the future holds for you and your loved ones.

Maybe you have been job-hunting for what seem like eternity, but your dream job (heck, any job) has so far eluded you. Or if you are one of the few folks lucky enough to have jobs, you probably feel you’re overworked and underpaid, so you’re always “managing” and pretending to work, as your employer pretends to pay you. Perhaps you feel you’re stuck in a rut and can’t find a way out. Life is simply so hard down here in Ghana.

But we believe anyone can change their present circumstances for the better, create wealth, and live their true purpose in life if they really commit to doing so. Sure, this requires a great deal of personal sacrifices and a whole lot of guts. But only those who can swallow the bitter pill and live like no one else now, will have the wherewithal to live like no one else tomorrow.

Founded and led by internationally-renowned Expert Procrastinator George Appiah, CediWISE is a Personal Finance Evangelism startup with a singular mission: to help Smart and enterprising young Ghanaians like you earn more money, spend less of it, and do something smart with the difference.

Through this website, real-world events, and upcoming print publications, we want to evangelize good financial stewardship to Smart Ghanaians both at home and in the diaspora; giving them timely financial information, practical and time-tested money management strategies, and a heavy dose of free resources to help them prudently manage their finances, create wealth and live more meaningful and fulfilling lives.
